| The Don Dodrill family graciously invited us to come excavate some of the strange sea creatures which litter the ground all over this part of Kansas. Everywhere we looked there were thousands upon thousands of large fossil clams eroding out of the soft yellow Cretaceous rock. David Lines discovered what appeared to be the back of the skull of a Tylosaur or large Fish. We will know for sure when the specimen is prepped out.
